Villa Diving is a PADI registered dive centre managed by multi-lingual dive professionals (English, Italian, German, French, Japanese, Dhivehi).
We organize dive trips everyday, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Twice a week, we organize also a two tank dive in the morning, and always an afternoon dive.
On demand we also organize night dive.
Morning dive sites can be reached after 40-60 minutes by boat, whereas afternoon dive sites after maximum 25 minutes by boat.From the island we can reach a dive site, which is a Manta Point, and also a Whale Shark Point, very close to the island.Dives are done in drift on oceanic reefs or on “thila”, which are a sort of coral towers, very various in depth, the top can be at 5 meters or deeper, or on a wreck or in channels.
As we are a PADI dive center, we can provide PADI dive courses, from the Experience Programs, such as PADI Discover Scuba and PADI Discover Scuba Diving, or for children (minimum age 8 years) PADI Bubblemaker and PADI Seal Team: from Entry Level such as PADI Scuba Diver and PADI Open Water Diver: Advance Level Courses, such as PADI Adventure Diver, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, Emergency First Responder, Rescue Diver, various Specialty Courses, such as Shark, Drift, Night, U/W Naturalist, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Boat, Multilevel and so on.
Moreover PADI Divemaster Course, to become a PADI Pros.
Among our staff is there a PADI Course Director and a PADI IDC Staff Instructor, therefore soon we are going to provide Assistant Instructor Course and Instructor Development Course.All training confined water dives are developed in a shallow, warm and colorful lagoon, in front of the Dive Center.
Every Wednesday evening, we organize a slide show, called “Underwater Eveing”,in the Main Bar of the Resort, to introduce guests to the underwater realm. At the end of the presentation, there is a funny quiz, with the possibility to win a free dive or a free PADI Discover Scuba.
