The crew and company set off at five in the evening, the boat anchoring at a reef just in time for you to enjoy a magnificent sunset. The crew prepares your lines with bait, hook and sinkers which you drop over board and then just sit back and wait to see what decides to bite.
Darkness sets in and millions of twinkling stars appear above. It may be sometime or it may be a matter of minutes, but you will be waiting to see who has the best catch of the night. You will be back at the resort for dinner with ‘real’ fishing tales. A special barbecue dinner would give you the chance to see how nice fish tastes when you have caught it yourself.
